How we work

When you contact us, you’ll be assigned a recruiter who will get in touch with you promptly.  Your recruiter will be your trusted ally throughout the hiring process.  We believe our candidates are our most valuable asset, and we want to build long term, satisfying relationships whenever possible.

Contact us to submit an application and resume.  We’ll contact you for a phone interview first, to further understand your goals and requirements.

Even if you’re not currently looking for a job change, send your resume to us and we can let you know if something better comes along.  Your information will be included in our secure internal candidate database as long as you wish.

The recruiter, who remains your point of contact throughout the process, is committed to understanding your needs and expectations. Your recruiter is your partner in developing the optimal alignment of your skills and talents with the marketplace.

Since each of our recruiters spends time developing and maintaining network connections, we are often able to identify unadvertised opportunities and provide guidance on hiring trends.

Your recruiter will arrange interviews on your behalf and provide thorough guidance throughout the process including prepping for interviews.  We know that the better prepared you are for your interview, the higher the likelihood you’ll interview well.   After the fact we provide timely and candid feedback.

Your recruiter continues to partner with you on navigating the offer stage and negotiating on your behalf.  You’ll receive assistance where needed in reviewing your contract, as well as follow up to ensure a smooth transition and all around satisfaction.
